Barlow Property Management has been serving both tenants and investment property owners in the Ventura County, CA area since 1990. We have built our family business on integrity and with attentive, friendly, hands-on services. Since we focus on single-family rentals, we have become specialists in the management of these homes. We keep properties well-maintained, offering quality living spaces for our tenants, while protecting the investments of our owners. We are selective about the properties we manage.

Meet The Team
McKay Barlow
McKay Barlow is our named broker and loves working as a Real Estate Consultant. He grew up in Camarillo; he is the fourth of ten children and the oldest son of Dave and Lorraine Barlow.
Kevin Malan
Kevin Malan has held a Real Estate license since 2013 and joined The Barlow Group in 2015. Kevin specializes as one of our Property Managers as well as a Buyer’s Specialist.
Brock Barlow
Brock Barlow joined The Barlow Group in early 2018. He was born and raised in Camarillo; he is the ninth of ten children and the youngest son of Dave and Lorraine Barlow. He graduated from Dos Caminos Elementary, Los Altos Middle School and Adolfo Camarillo High School.
Alisa Barlow
Alisa is the second of 10 children. She enjoyed life on a small farm when she was a young girl but is happy to be living in sunny Southern California. She graduated from Adolfo Camarillo High School in 1989. She then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and graduated in 1995.
Corrine Barlow
Corrine is the eldest of 10 children. She grew up in California and Utah. She graduated from American Fork High School in 1987. Following graduation she returned to California and that is when her Real Estate career began.
Dave Barlow
Dave was born and raised in Santa Monica California and graduated from SaMoHi in 1965. He married his high school sweetheart, Lorraine Jex in 1968. They are the parents of 10 children, six daughters and four sons, and they have twenty-four grandchildren.
